what is wrong with my steering wheel and top left wheel?

my steering wheel is at an angle to the left

my tyre front lest is slightly not straight thos is after hitting a curb.

what could be wrong with it and how much approximately would it cost to fix?

If both of these symptoms happened at the same time, then the car steering geometry, or tracking, has been upset. This may just require adjustment but any garage should check for a bent track rod or damaged track rod end. Either way I recommend that you have it checked out soon.
