Mend Ford Fiesta Mk4 Reg 1996

How can i fix the cigarette lighter on my ford fiesta P reg?

I have a ford fiesta mk 4 - 1996. The socket of the lighter is rusty this i assume will stop the lighter from working? what would i have to replace?

Indeed it is the socket that needs replacing - you don't need a genuine Ford one though - a good motor factors will fix you up. Check the fuse first though, and be very careful when you connect it up - fag lighters take a lot of electrical current.
