I have Supportplus Mini Sewing Machine
The needle catches the thread, but when you start to sew there are no stiches from the bottom nor from the top on the fabric.

Hello Shailesh,
Have you checked the machine to make sure the needle is in the correct way round? if you have then the machine will need retiming.
