Mend Singer 7422 Sewing Machine Stitches

Why did my sewing machine stop sewing?

My Singer 7422 suddenly stopped sewing. The needle is moving and the dogs are moving the fabric, but no stitches are being made. I cleaned the hook and dog area, and rethreaded the bobbin and the needle. Does anyone have any idea about this problem?

Hello Lili,
Sounds like the machine has gone out of time if it is not making any stitches, I can attach timing instructions if you e-mail me but remind me of your problem and make.
