hyperlinks?

when i recieve an email and i need to click on a hyperlink to go to the relevent page it doesn't connect even though the hand symbl appears over the hyperlink it still does not openthe page

im not sure about this but you can try it for nothing. Hold down "Ctrl" whilst clicking on it.
