Mend Gas Carb Replaced Fuel

How can I fix my car that is not pumping gas?

The car has been setting for 20 years. I can get it to run by putting gas in the carb. but it is not pumping any gas. I replaced the fuel pump still nothing.

Disconnect the fuel line where it enters the carburettor, then operate the fuel pump (electric or manual)?? If no result here, suspect a blocked fuel tank filter or fuel lines.
