Mend Vokera Option Combi Boiler Heating Fault

what do i do when the orange light doesnt go off on my vokera option combi?

i have a vokera option combi, the orange light on the panel next to the water jug is on constantly, have tried all sorts to get the light off with no avail. can you advise me what this could be, I can't find my manual

Vokera Vokera Option Combi Heating, Home Heating Systems Combi Boiler Heating Fault

If this is the hot water demand light the most likely cause is a sticking hot water flow switch.
Does the boiler keep firing up even when you are not drawing hot water or asking for heating.
