Mend Peugeot Speedfight 2 Throttle

when i go to pull away on my peugeot speedfight 2 it bogs down and dies any?

When i go to pull away on my peugeot speedfight2 it bogs down and dies any ideas why as it seems there is plenty of fuel getting through.Also when pulled to full throttle it bogs down till you roll of the throttle.

clean the carb with solvent, but look at the pilot jet as this is responable for pick up from idle. It my have dirt in it so could be partaily blocked
