how can i change the lcd screen on my nokia n95 mobile phone?

can anyone give me any details of how to change the lcd display screen on my nokia n95 mobile phone please?
especially specific notice to the connection tape point beneath the slider keypad as a little black component "which resembles a tiny comb" has unfortunatley broken! is this really bad??
please help !!
