Check the LCD ribbon if you are sure its just a screen issue. Theres a plug at the end of it thats taped down and I believe it comes loose quite alot. You have to take out the 2 screws behind your battery and the 2 screws behind the 2 grey covers on the opposite side of the screen. You need a t6 screwdriver and a small philips. Lift the front of the screen off, and below the keypad you will see the ribbon.
