Mend Pontiac 6000 LE Belt Replacement Engine

How do I change the alternator/serpentine belt on my 1991 Pontiac 6000?

I have a 1991 Pontiac 6000 LE, 3.1 engine with a/c.

The alternator/serpentine belt shows wear and will need replacing soon. I cannot find a tension adjustment bolt and am
not sure how to adjust the tension once I replace it with a new belt.

Please detail the steps for replacement and final adjustment
including recommended tension
