Mend Apollo 40B Radiators Heating Sludge

upstairs radiators hot also kitchen but 2 in sitting room cold?

one pipe on each side of downstairs radiators are hot but radiators are cold .tried bleeding ,water there no air .could it be sludge or pump.why 2 off at same time. if it is pump(4years old)is it much of a job to change it? apollo 40 b

would say it's more of an air lock than anything in the return pipework after the two rads join the return pipe.
