Hot water but no heating at all?

We have a combi bolier (Valliant turbo max), it seems to be working fine and heating water with no problems but the heating is not working. We have bled the radiators and there is water coming out. We've also checked for black sludge but there is none. Can anyone help, its freezing here!? Thanks!!
