Mend Dyson Removing Plastic Cover

having trouble removing plastic power cord cover on dyson?

its me again puppy power cord chewers mom. he's still alive and well but i'm having trouble reaching the power cord. i've removed the dust bin and taken the screw out but the plastic cover won't seem to come off. i know you said it clips off but wheres the clip? i don't want to damage anything.
