extractor (fan) wont start?

my candy 6oo wide extractor fan stopped working the electric is ok the lights are working but the fan wontn't start There are three speed levels still nothing happens regards what speed you want to use
model cct 61/1x bf4-k2456 can you help please

Check push button panel inside unit. Mine actually burnt out on common leg I think due to fan being obstructed( the duct above hood was only taped to the hood by the builders so it dropped down thus preventing the fan from turning) New part cost is £56 via espares incl pp. I might just buy a new unit from ebay as Candy not very good(it was very noisey) Hope this helps
