ch64 candy ceramic hob?

my hob. - two rings stopped working we recently bought. thought it was locked but has er 03 bleeping on hob.. do I .send it back ,, or is there some simple remedy. .or is this a fault the company may know about.. = reading about a few reviews of the same fault.help..

remedied the problem...... it was the shunts ( hook like prong ) under electrical connection. cover. .wasn't inserted enough , so it wasn't making a full connection in both live 1=2 terminal = brown wire... and second shunt for neutral blue wire. 3=4 ...reconnected fully = earthed''' and bingo.. everything back on...
