fitting fuel filter on 1998 transit?

is this the one with the black ceramic wingnut which tightens a wire round the neck of the filter?make sure it is loosened completely and apply a touch of grease to the filter seal,offer filter up to head with the engine side of the lip first then tilt filter up squarely applying upward pressure and tighten wingnut,you should feel wire tightening round filter and filter should stop turning and seal,would advise to fit a ford filter also
