Creda Storage Heaters?

Can you tell me if a creda storage heater gathers energy overnight, how long does the output normally last?

Hi,

I have these at home too. You need to have econ 7 or 10 from your electricity company for them to work. They are normally wired into a seperate circuit attached to your lecky meter.

Mine kicks in around midnight and turns off at about 6 ish or 7.
Depending on the setting you have on the heater will depend on what settings you have on them.
there are 2 controls. One is the amount of heat it will store when it heats up. the other lets heat out during the day... it is best to keep this one closed when you are not there and when you are just open it a little to let some heat out. heat will still come off the heater when the control is closed so you may not need to open the other control. i dont need to.....
if nothing is happening then check the fuse box for the heaters to see if it has blown. mine did and i changed it and all worked again....

hope that helps.....
