Grabbeex+ delux?

Hi can anyone help to show me how this grabbeex works I want to copy things from my Video machine then put it on DVD.I can find the software but I cant see the video which I want to record onto dvd any help will be appreciated. on one end is a usb connection on the other end is a S-Video connection
