How can I fix my GE refridgerator, GSS22JETA WW?

my frezzer is keeping frozen ice on the back wall of the frezzer and not that cold and the other side stays hot

This sounds like the water inlet valve is malfunctioning, it can be replaced altho sometimes just disassembly and cleaning will take care of this problem... Scale or other foreign matter can accumulate under the diaphragm inside the valve, just make note of which solenoid is for the water fill and which is for the ice maker before disassembly...
