how can i fix my ge frig???

I moved a ge tft25pr side by side frig. I powered on and was cooling ok. ten minutes later compressor and fan quit. wont restart. lights and water door work ok...

Removed the light bulb visor at the top of inside area exposing the on/off switch assembly. I then lightly punched the saw toothed wheel that is connected to the thermostat ass'y. This was enough to jarr some internal contact to make and start compressor and fan
