The heating works fine but there is no hot water. It comes out luke warm when it is on heating and water, but when it's on just water the water is cold.
Can anyone help?

Water comes out very hot then droppes to lukewarm realy quickly and stayes that way. No problem with radiators they are running at a constant temperature.
Any ideas?

ive just had a diaphram fitted and a flow switch but the boiler is still the same

Its the diaphram most likely but you should get someone Gas Safe registered to check it out. There is a good reason why we do all the training and reassessing that we have to do.

i think it mite be the DHW flow switch, really easy to fit your self no screws. go to the alpha web site and down load the installation and servicing manual.

I'm in the exactly same position with a HE CB25. I'm awaiting a call from a plumber for the solution. This actually started to occur once in a while soon after we had it installed but was told it was related to low water pressure (which it isn't).
