I respectfully suggest you obtain the services of a central heating gas safe engineer as you obviously cannot distinguish between an electric tooth brush and a central heating boiler question should be in the HEATING section under subsection Home heating. Ii may be in your bathroom but it doesn't make it a bathroom appliance or an electric toothbrush, it is a central heating appliance.
