Mend Help Hoses Machine

help im not able to get my old washing machines hoses off?

i have a new washing machine but i cant connect its hoses to the water tap connecters , coz i can not get the old washing machines hoses off help please

hey john are you around lol the only thing i managed to do was wear the plastic covering covering the connecting thing out jeez i suppose i ought to save up for a plumber to come out :(

hey i will give it a try john and i will turn the water off first lol thankyou, :)

Normally I'd use a large pair of slip joint pliers, if the connectors are to tight to be removed by hand...make sure the water can be turned off first though!
