My JVC AV32T25EKS SOUND BECAME REALLY LOUD!!?

My JVC T.V. SOUND BECAME REALLY LOUD AND I CAN'T STOP IT.
CAN ANYONE TELL how i can make the sound not high pitch.
i found a way to stop the sound but the i put the subtitles on,
but i want the sound too.and when i use my remote to make the sound low nothing happens.If you know any way to fix it please put an answar ?
