will not pump water out?

To manually empty the machine by using a washing up bowl place drain hose into bowl lower to the floor water will start to flow by gravity machine holds a fair drop of water.( so expect to empty the bowl a few times) you will be able to get the clothes out but they will be rather wet and dripping.

does the machine agitate/wash before this problem ? reason i ask
drum and clothes full of water equals heavyweight to heavy for worn brushes in motor to drive drum suggest you check motor brushes first then pump as well for blockage or seizure prolems
