how do i tighten the whammy bar mount on my son's Ibanez rx series?

How do i tighten the bracket where the whammy bar goes into it is loose and the strings won't stay intoon because of this? The whammy bar goes in just fine but the place where you thread the strings threw is loose, and i'm sorry but i don't know what that piece is called.

There is a CLAW in the back of the guitar. Tighten the 2 big screws until the trem is snug on the body. That locks it in place. Tuning stability should increase dramatically. If the bar itself is stripped (floyd rose type) youll have to rethread the block on the bottom of the trem or replace it w/ a new one.
