Mend Optima G3 Replaced Battery Appears

optima g3?

have replaced the battery which was reading only 6v.however the sounder or keypad still do not make any sound.everything else appears to work ok.have performed various tests and set/unset system ok.just no audible indications such as entry/exit beeps.any more ideas please.
