Mend Peugeot Speedfighter Spark Plug Replaced

Peugot Speedfighter. No spark at plug?

My sons friend has a speedfighter. He recently replaced the battery, and now it will not start.
I have checked most things and it appears to be the immobiliser. When the ignition is switched on, 2 short flashes, then constant red.
How can I reprogramme it?

you cant really do it its done from new and can only be done once,get a new un immobilised cdi unit from a company called electrex they are about 90 quid i think.i am a mechanic and see these go wrong all the time ok :)
