Vokera Compact 28 boiler?

I was wondering does anyone know why the light which usually blinks green keeps changing to orange constant light?

my boilers light has started flashing red and the temp panel is flashing '03'. I have always had to top up the water level but now I doesn't ignite.
could anyone advise what is wrong and what action I can take. Thanks

That would be your domestic hot water sensor/thermistor or ntc, pt no. 10027352(same component different names), also check its wiring harness for moisture or loose connections.
