where do I get a securitech manual?

I have a proplem with my active 5 that the walkout time is 0 and I like to set it else I can not use the alarm. The manual does not indicate how to program and I also do not see a potentio meter on the system to trim. Can anybofy help

this is why the security industry has floors with criminals learning the systems and being able to defeat them ,because idiots are telling anyone how to reset an intruder alarm jesus i mean come on ,id like to see you tell them how to reset a galaxy

Hi I don't know if you've already cured the problem? if not remove the lid of end station, remove mains and battery, on pcb you will see 2 prongs marked default short these pins out with a screw driver and reconnect battery you should find that the code has reverted to 1234
