how can i fix my storage heater dimplex?

my storage heater is not working is stone cold this is the first time this has happend wat can i do

coommon now,its just a switch,it works!!,but it leaks,i want to stop the leak.......how do i stop the leak?

my cdimplex or dimplex heater is leaking oil from the bottom screw,i tightened it but its still leaking,i have two of the same models(series A) in the house,can it be dangerous,and can i replace the oil in the heating unit? my email is professoranthony@eircom.net,im thinking of scrapping it.

Have you checked that the wall on switch box is tight? Mine was loose last year and my heater didn't work, but I tightend it up and it was then ok.
