Dimplex Storage Heater?

When I turn my Dimplex Storage Heater on, the bars on top just flash and it makes a loud clicking noise and obviously doesn't turn on. Is there any way for me to fix this? Any help much appreciated.

I take it you are talking about a Duo heater,if so it needs a new power PCB [printed circuit board]
