Mend Bosch DKE735A Fuse Plug Fitted

How to change fuse?

I have a Bosch DKE735A extractor hood. The plug is fitted behind the chimney panel. Can anyone suggest how to remove the chimeny panel pleas so that I can chnage the fuse in the plug?

Why not simply find the instruction manual and remove the hood the same way is was installed?
