Mend Electrolux Trip Circuit Breaker

Why does Electrolux hob oven trip circuit breaker?

When I turn my oven on, it trips all the circuits in my flat, even though all the hobs still work fine. The instruction booklet says I should check the RCCB has not tripped, not sure what that means. The oven is fitted in the flat so there is no 3 pin plug that I can take apart to test the fuse. There is a 3 pin plug socket on the wall, and beside it is a red switch saying 'Cooker'. Can I take this apart safely and see if there is a blown fuse inside? Any other advice?
Model is Electrolux EHE 684

Cheers for the quick response Mike. I was hoping there might be something very obvious that I could check, but if not then I'd feel safest taking your advice. Spark to be called, thanks.

James, I wouldn't recommend you fiddle. If you don't know what your doing you could seriously injure yourself. Call a qualified spark out. Is the cooker a new install or has it recently started playing up? The RCCD is the circuit breaker at the consummer unit, the switch you reset each time it trips the power to the flat. This could be the wrong type. As I say the safest option is to call out a qualified electrician.
