Your TV seems to be similar to mine, most cheaper end of the market have the same or similar type of chassis!

I had found that at the top of the main board in the centre behind two transistors there are two squire 1" x 1/4" green capacitors 15 uf 1000v working had gone dry jointed, I just re soldered them, and hay presto all working once again, please make sure to mains plug is out. You will find a load of screws to get the back off. Lay the TV flat on a towel or blanked on the screen facing down, on a table, or you will get Bach ache.
