Panasonic Viera press power & tv clicks no picture no red light blinks ?

So you have a plasma tv with no picture no sound.Wish you would have said if you have sound or not.Could mean a big diffrence.No picture with no sound is power board.Red light is to let you know that the tv will not turn itself on because of a short inside probably on power board. this is probably bad capacitors,look for buldged or leaking or just shorted capacitors.
If you have sound then it is probanly your y-sustain board that needs to be replaced. Remember-- if you replace y-sus board you must change the buffer boards as well,
