Mend Worcester 28CDI Heating Expansion Vessel

Expansion vessel?

I want to re-pressure my worcester 28cdi, I have taken the front cover off, I have got a hand pump connected, How much air do I put in? Should the gauge go up and if so by how much?
I dont want to go ott, please help
