Mend Citroen Berlingo Turn Diesel Noise

My Berlingo's ventilation fan won't turn off - what to do?

Citroen Berlingo, Diesel. The ventilation fan is stuck on, which makes a lot of noise & makes driving unpleasant. No amount of twiddling with any of the heating or ventilation controls seems to make any difference.

Me also on a 02 1.9D Berlingo MPV very annoying, has anyone got the answer yet???!!!!!!
Im gonna try having a look at the blower motor or resistor perhaps.

Tim ... I have the same problem with a Peugeot Partner ... did you manage to sort out the problem?
