BT Synergy 4500,?

hi can ring out and recieve calls but am unable to hear the person ringing and vice versa

How do I reset the pin code on a BT synergy 4500? 0000 does not work.
I have tried that a few times. Now base settings are not available.

Hi thanks for your help I looked under the phone on the main base unit and cant find a button to press. I have pressed oooo but nothing happens the extra phone is still blank and no sound coming from it the base unit is fine. I have tried to swap them around the phone on the base unit is fine but the one that is not working will not work on the main base either can some one help me with this please Thank you

Hi I have a BT synergy twin set and all was well,I changed the batteries rechargable what it said in the manual now the extra hand set will not display anything only a battery icon which is only half way there is no other display showing like there is on my base set. It was working fine then all display vanished and the thing went dead. Hope you can help me as I dont want to buy another one as I was quite happy with the one I got

go to your base unit inder the fone is a button, hold it down for 10 seconds, the other fone will bleep, it will ask for pin 0000 then follow instruction???

Hi, The handsets supplied with your system would have come pre-registered but if you adding an additional one you will need to refer to the registering additional handsets section of the user guide (page 81).
The best way is to get a copy of the manual is online from BT.
