fridge making noise?

samsung side by side fridge freezer fridge making noise like a fan not working properly now fridge is not cooling freezer is fine on front of fridge temp number flashing can any body give me some advise samsung rs21fcsv

Samsung Samsung RS21FCSV Kitchen Appliances, Freezers Samsung Cooling Noise

I currently have this problem, it is caused by a build up of ice around the fridge fan, I took the inside panels off and removed all the ice a week ago, but it has now started again, so seems it must be a part I need to swap, need help on which part and how
