Mend Worcester Bosch 28SI MK2 Boiler PCB

worscester bosch 28si mk2?

Nothing happens when boiler is turned on red light just flashes on the front, fitted a new pcb still got the same problem pump runs but then locks out not getting no power to fan but got power to pcb does anyone have any ideas
