Does anyone know how to get the full lock off my philips tv?

you could go online to the philips site or you could try looking in the remote to see if any of the soldering has come loose (quite common) other than that you will need to get a direct replacement for your set as the universals rarely let you get into the menu I would either do a google search for remotes or contact www.cpc.co.uk for a replacement remote hope this is of some use
