How do I restore my HP?

try this: when you start up the computer stat tapping the f-1 key. this will get you to the boot page.while in this page tap f-5 a pop up ask you want to reset factory seatings. use you arrow buttons to high lite yes and then tap inter key. then tap f-10 key and again high lite yes and inter. when your computer boots and if you can get to programs on the left-hand conner go to accessories then go to system tool then to system restore click on that and you will see a candler with dark dates that is restore points pick one be for the crash. if you can restore the computer then go to p.c. recovery tools and if no one had done it before you can make your own recovery disk and even make a complete system recovery dvd. you should of done this when you turned it one for the first time. just for your information if you have a virus h.p. will not let you use the system restore until the virus is gone.
