Where can I get a service manual or wiring diagram for a Hoover W2120?

Hi Arnie, I am not a repair person but I am a retired military electronics type. I can't help you find a manual but I may be able to help you. As all the power to operate the washer most likely can't go thru the switch, the switch is connected to a relay. The relay can handle all the power required to operate the washer. The relay is most likely your problem. Trace the wiring from the switch to the relay. Do this with power disconnected, of course. The relay may be imbedded in a circuit board which will require you to buy the whole thing. That's how they get our money. Hope this helps.
