how can i stop my g.e. steam iron from leaking water?
every steam iron, whether expensive or cheap, has leaked brown or clear water causing stains on my clothing. how can i correct this problem? my iron is a general electric steam iron
generally these days the only thing to do with any domestic iron when they go wrong is throw them away and get a new one. one thing that you can try with your new iron is to use distilled water to avoid limescale damage to the seals
