please somebody help me!my husbands tool box has been keeping the fridge door shut for over a month phoned the kitchen company who have said for a month they have been sending hinges out!!!!

I also bought Necht appliances with my kitchen and the hinges have broken on the fridge and freezer, I too am seeking new hinges.

this is what i did to get mine changed i wrotew to a consumers complints dept and they got in touch with them somehow and i managed to get it changed but low and behold it broke again so i got the fridge from the kitchen and binned it and bought a new one

I bought some online. Not cheap though at £25 per hinge..
The model number written on the fridge is N2 ?? i.e. it does not have a proper model number

If you bought your kitchen from kitchens direct then you can probably asume to be out of luck - my fridge is exactly the same and I have had 3 reputable repair companies try to get replacement hinges with no joy - my advice is to order a new fridge as the kitchen company will not honour the gaurantee any more than the mickey mouse fridge manufacturer
