can any one help me replace the drum to door opening seal on this washer? if so what is the best way to go about it. I have tried to look for screws holding the front of the machine on but cant find any. i know the job would be easier with the front of the machine off.
Don't even consider trying to fit a new seal if your machine has a 'one piece' body ( no removable front panel ) I have just spent 10 hours removing the drum - fitting the new seal ( 5 attempts ) and re-building the unit, only to find that as I tried to fit the outer flange to the units main body.... the seal fell off the drum !!!
Get the seal fitted by somebody else and good luck.
My local washing machine expert won't even look at this job !
