How can I find instructions for a hygena turbo oven?

How can I find instructions for a hygena turbo oven? I've just moved into a house, and am struggling to get the hang of the oven part of the built in appliance.

There is a dial which appears to be for the temp, yet an analogue clock with some rolling dial options, one which looks like temp too?

Can any one push me in the right direction?

The unit is white, and I'd say pretty ancient.

Hey can any of you help I moved recently and oven is a 610G hygena, no manual as oven is ancient but working great, but and a big but alarm goes off all the time need to stop it please help if you can.

Sorry but did anyone ever find any instructions on how to use these ovens,

I have recently moved into a property with one of these ovens and no user manual anyone have any advice please
