Mend Beko WMA510S Machine Water Valve

How can I fix my washing machine, beko, wma510s?

The above washing machine does not take in water - the water valve vibrates, but nothing more. Have confirmed that the water pipe and supply is fine. The outlet pumpseems to work, but has nothing to pump out.

We have the same problem and we have just bought it on online.
We have managed a few washes by mucking about with the quickwash and start/pause/cancel button. Following the instructions the machine does not work. Reseting appears to make no difference. We are going to send it back ( only had it 2 days).
